It's official, bold new graphics and a damn near all white limited edition 06 Buda. And a price hike for what is the same bike for the past near decade(except slower with the restictor).

Nothing, the bike presented at the last Brussels moto show was a 06 Busa, identical to the 05, 04, 03 etc Busa, except for the colour scheme.

they are probably re-doing the engine, cause there scared... I have heard from a guy who knows a guys cousin, that the 07 will be the redesign, and it will come out early in aug....

Rumour has it that the 07 will be an early release mid year this year.
Other than that - who knows?
I still think Suzuki is playin the waiting game and will add finishing touches as required after the 14 hype has mellowed.

Even the KHI is still playing "waiting game" with information

I think I just buy a used Busa,
because soon enough you can get one really cheap....

...if that happens, I sure hope Kawasaki has an R or an RR version waiting in the wings...if the competition to be KING is that acute, then that's what I would do...don't want a repeat of years 1999/ 2000....highly unlikely, though...it'd be too expensive to do something like that when the 600-class is the bread-winner class...

I know it, and you know it, Suzuki will upgrade its speed monster Hayabusa for the 2007 model year. Euro 3 dictates everything the manufacturers do these days and Kawasaki has launched its most serious attack to the top speed crown since the very first ZZR in the ZZR1400. The ZZR1400 is a big leap forward much in the same way as the 1999 Hayabusa was. When it comes to horsepower Suzuki has never rested long when a manufacturer has passed them. Obviously the 2007 'Busa has been under development for several years already. Still, we believe Suzuki has kept its super aerodynamic fairing. Changes on our artists impression are: Radial brakes with ABS, 1400cc engine, conservative estimate of 195bhp with additional ponies at high ram-air friendly speeds, majestic torque from increased bore/stroke, new stronger swing-arm, new exhaust system that conforms to Euro 3 with a catalytic converter under the bike GSX-R style, slightly sharper styling on the rear end and brand new light weight wheels. We are pushing for official comments these days and we will see what Suzuki is willing to share early on
Looks like I'm even more on the fence now than I was before.
I'm gonna hafta wait now.

...yah yah...you could put some really HUGE hard-bags on he sides of that....thus even bigger NOS bottles in'em, what with that short unobstrusive semi-underslung exhaust pipe...
...and I'm willing to bet that SUZUKI gets the analog needle tach/digital speedo configuration right....right, Kawasaki?.....this will be another exciting time for the over 1200cc big-bore superbikes from Japan.....and where's Yamaha and Honda in all of this?
