How do I contact Schnitz racing's Tech dept?

I am having a very weird situation with their combination RPM and TPS input window switch. When it is not powered up and the bike is running (which according to the instructions is ok), my powercommander has shit fits. If the unit is powered up, it works fine. If I disconnect the TPS input to the window switch, things are fine as well. The only thing I can think of is that the Schnitz unit is drawing too much current and is actually drawing the TPS voltage down....and the powercommander can't stand this happening. I am probably going to experiment with resistors to see if I can eliminate this problem....or rewire to switch the output from the module as a way of having an arming switch.....

I have tried to contact Schnitz racing via their website, but the message bounced.

I e-mailed Ryan (with an utterly STUPID technical question resulting from my getting something backwards) and he replied personally, promptly, and most helpfully. Most likely something is just temporarily wrong?

I expect I probably used whatever e-mail is given on the site to contact Schnitz Racing, but his reply came from ryan@schnitzracing.com

Hope this helps!
