headlight modulator
is there a way to build a headlight modulator on the 'cheap'....the price for actual modulators is crazy. I'm guessing radio shack or internet for the parts.....cheapest I've found is $59.00. Thats kinda expensive for something that basically makes the light blink....or should I just foot the bill and ride safer sooner?
