The man in the big brown truck delivered my new Gilles rearsets yesterday but my Scotts damper wasn't in the box even though I ordered them at the same time.
Should I be pissed or drink a few beers and see what he brings me Monday?
I'm thinking a few beers.

Come on Blitz a Damper? That fall didn't affect your ability to hold on to the bars did it??? Who has the best deal on those rearsets?

Kneedraggers was the best I found but I don't guarantee no one could be lower. I only checked perhaps 7 or 8 places online.

Nothing wrong with a damper Gunner. Push the 12 hard enough and eventually you're gonna get a tank slapper. You know that. Sooner or later you get into a situation where you can't power out of it. ;-)
I don't know who is the cheapest on the Gilles, I shopped around some and got mine for $405 (with the installation kit) at kneedraggers.com. There might be some podunk company out there $20 cheaper but for $20 I'll go with a reputable company where I don't have to deal with b.s..
I also found a smokin' deal on another full Akra @ parts411. The replacement mid-pipe and can were almost as much as the entire pipe so I just bought the whole pipe.

Hey Blitz were you able to get those rearsets in Black? My parts guy wasn't able to find them in black unless he went across the pond to order them.
