Offer accepted brother. They didn't give us much time to sell though so I am under the gun. The problem here is the granddaughter. The guy who owns the house is 98 years old, his 97 year old wife died a month ago which is why he is selling. The granddaughter has power of atty for him and she has been a real bitch cause she figures he's going to die soon and she wants $$. If I could I'd stab an ice pick in her eye right now. He wants us to have the house, she doesn't care what he wants. Our house goes up for sale tomorrow. We have a 36 hr release clause that threw us for a loop because it goes against everything we were told before. Bottom line brother is that I need to sell our home NOW. You wanna buy it? Come on Tony, come out west to Novi. I'll only be living 2 streets over from you. And you know Lisa loved our place!
