Freek! Did you have you Bike at the Races?

Someone posted that they saw the Bikeland area but no people. They did see a "Street Fighter ZX12 and a Black & Gold ZX12 near it. Was that you Freek?

This guy rode 2,800 miles in 52 hours! a New Iron Butt as far as I am concerned!

yeah freek's streetfighter 12 was there. wormser was on fox hill and saw the bikeland gang he said, i stopped by his work a couple days after laguna and talked to him. he said freek was there on his streetfighter 12, fish and pk, turboblew, redelk, dino on his 10, and many more were there.

That 2800 miles is impressive. I once rode 1080 miles in just over 16 hours on my 12, non stop from California to Washington and I thought I was gonna die afterwards haha.

Beans, you get the 100% award! That was everything I had a question about. I went a little over 1,000 miles from Toledo Ohio to Uxbridge Canada and the around the lake to Niagra Falls then the wrong way for 40 miles each way on I-79 and then to Cumberland Maryland by "BACK Roads" and got so cold in the Mountains I had even my Rain Suit on. When I finally found a place Open and not full, it was about 3 AM (Started at 7 AM).

I would not have gone that far, but no place was open and with my Hard Head, I was not leaving the neat US 219 from Buffalo NY to Cumberland MD. So I paid the price! WOOR OUT!! So I have also been 1000 miles in a day, but only through Stupidity!

I'll admit that I arrive via RV and did not bring my bike. The three of us (Jonathan Wright, Buck and myself) did the 2,000 mile drive in just under 31 hours. I wouldn't have rode the AR, TX, NM, AZ, CA route for love or money.

Two years ago, rode from the Bay area back up to WA (880 miles) on my ZZR1200. Did it in 11.5 hours, 3 gas stops. Boring as hell up I5. But lots quicker than the trip down (coastal) which took 2.5 days.

yeah vince, we were certainly there. the big bikeland.org banners right behind the bikes should have been a good clue last day say us doing about 700 miles (maybe 800 max) leaving 8am and getting home 3:40am. that SUCKED. most of that was at about 70mph on the I5. was too paranoid to go any faster than that. plus having no fairings makes it uncomfortable to break 90mph.
