12s rule the day
Yesterday's Dyno Shootout @ Lynnwood cyclebarn was a great event. Hundreds of bikes, many Zx-10, GSXRs, RR, R1s, Busas, and a couple 12s. The most powerful normally asperated liter bike was an 05 GSXR @ 155rwhp, he made 188 on NOS. Most of the liter bikes were in the 140s to 150. There were 3 ZX-12s: 164, 168, 202. But you can see that even the lowest 12 was nearly 10 hp above the best liter bike. BTW, everyone was saying the dyno numbers we from 10 to 15 hp off. I dynoed my bike last thursday @ 211.9, so I guess I would agree....
