CONFIRM your Laguna hotel reservations!!!

I hear fat cats (rich people) are bumping entire hotels/motels in the Monterey area. Best to double check your reservations before heading to Laguna!! Here is one businessman's horror story:

So, apparently, getting a reservation doesn't mean you have anything reserved?
