hindle&pwc3 results of a wonderfull day... the traduction i think.........

I re-entered this evening to 22h40 of my concess... and that under the rain and by the motorway...
my day started with 8h departure for "greenhouse castets" meadows of Pau 64 I roll peinard to 140 to make a test consomation! who will prove to be a cooking failure... with the bank one consomé serious

a pal jeff, is carried out while éric draining the beautiful one with SILKOLENE + oil filter and change of the 200 for one 190 (super change...) during this time I clean the complete careenage; alas for nothing considering the wet return... aaaarrgggghhh
of return to the bank on 13h37 and there a measurement validated all the same in spite of a problem of recalcitrant ice-skating....
result: 183 CH with the vilo with 9659 tr/min and 14.4 mkg of couple with 7509 tr/min... measure to compare with manufacturer measurements: 178ch with the vilo with 10500 tr/min and 13.7 mkg with 7500 tr/min sic I do better than the origin cool! and that to 10 degree only... could have better done to 20 degree for on!
one will eat with the restaurant trés good steak with pepper humm I adore...)
then return one undertakes the sacro holy line of origin... one transfers this "heap" to install the fatal beauty called HINDLE! obviously I am entitled to the line in position high half-tone engraving considering the height of output of exhaust! still more beautiful than that of éric him-coil it enrage always I am on... the tube of escape is from now on different... the riveted plate proves it also different, it is from now on black more beautiful effect!
one thought has to weigh the héhéhéhéhé whole........ then value for the origin: silencer 3.7kg + collecting 7kg = 10.7 kg the complete line
value HINDLE: silencer 2.5kg + collecting 2.5kg(sublime with the fact) = 5 kg crushes hair!!!
the difference is enormous and with control which change, in spite of the "fast" little of test, considering the sérré bottom which I had while returning (blunder with the fleet me...)
then the turn comes from the pwc3 I balance MAP HINDLE in the pwc3 then éric installs the system on the animal! hard hard to go up in spite of what dynojet says... connnections OEM are badly placed under the tank... on this subject the tank and better painted than the motor bike it even..... gloups hard hard to swallow!!
a régalge synchro to see future photograph besides... my synchro was déguelasse..., that explains can be my "ex" with blows in bottom!!
here are it is 20h30 the moment of truth arrives... measurement is always truncated considering the cut of the banks due to ice-skating with 9800tr/min this time!...
final result: tatatein...... drum roll... 188.6 CH with the vilo with 9831 tr/min and 15.0 mkg of couple with 7646 tr/min... not badly for a truncated measurement and this blasted temperature winter from 10 more degree!! ... I do better than éric nananére... it was dégouté))
in conclusion, during the return to the vercaille, I could note in spite of my rather quiet test... considering the time of shit:
- a Net profit of weight, brilliant really!
- a sound raisonable with low mode and throwing into a panic with fake... whore what a kif... alas not of microcomputer on us... for soon I hope!
- an incredible uniformity compared to the origin I plaignai of hole in bottom... I tested myself on motorway has 2000tr/min 60 km/h in 6éme... and even 40 km/h with 1500tr/min downtown always in 6éme..., I am reassured ouf! and the hole towards 5000 undetectable in spite of its small presence, considering curve HINDLE!
- a curve superb and advanced in time, ex: in stock with 7000 I am with 132ch whereas now with only 6600tr/min instead of the 7000... too much cool!
- a handiness finally real with the 190... that goes serious policy-holder at the time of future the attacks aaaaaaargggghhhhh!
- and especially a potato of madness without having the inertia of front!! dangerous limit I did not dare a few moments ago on sec(5 km before the rain) screwed poigné in the corner has block... I have it gradually fai... too fear...
any more how the statement with the bank and without problem if possible (I do not go can be tested a dynojet, but it may be that it is less precise than the FUCHS (optimistic the special dynojet... dedication with the yankees) and to 20 degree this time and I will have looped the loop!
with me and guénael from now on "to grind" this new machine bus is from now on a news really without lying!

Hello all
came back from my kawi dealer to home it was 22 h 40 i rode under the rain on the motorway...
my day started at eight o'clock. I went for the town of Pau 64 (in the pyrennes, near the spain country)I was cruising at 85 mph to make a test consumption!

I arrived at 9.30, there we put the bike on a FUCHS DYNO with éric the boss of motor bike speed diffusion shop(very cool dealer and competent) and there a failure with the dyno it couldn't give us a measurement... there is a phenomenon of ice-skating! we gave a phone call at the dyno staff FUCHS... it recommends to clean the sensor and to regulate it with 6mm roller trainer
a mate jeff, is carried out while éric draining the beast with SILKOLENE oil and filter change. we put the new tyre a 190 D 207 dunlop (wonderful change...) during this time I clean the complete plastics frame but waste of time coz it'll be raining later for came back home... aaaarrgggghhh
13.37 (time) and there a good measurement validated despite of the problem ofice-skating....
results: 183 HP on cranck at 9659 rpm/min and 14.4 mkg of torque at 7509 rpm/min... compared with manufacturer data: 178 HP on cranck at 10500 rpm/min and 13.7 mkg Torque at 7500 rpm/min
It was better than the factory results, cool! and all results were done under 10 degrees only... maybe have better results under 20 degrees !
14.00 we'll go to the restaurant (very good) steak with pepper humm I really love it...)
15.00 return to the dealer
the crappy exhaust factory line is gone... Now this is the time to install the fatal beauty exhaust called HINDLE! obviously, this exhaust line is almost like the mig exhaust line. And it was more beautiful than éric's hindle exhaust he was very jealous ... the exhaust came different... the new riveted plate proves it, it's now on black, more beautiful effect!
we have tought to compare the 2 exhaust weights héhéhéhéhé whole exhaust ........compared to stock : canister 3.7kg + line 7kg = 10.7 kg
HINDLE's weight : canister 2.5kg + line 2.5kg (the facts) = 5 kg (yes a big gain of weight!!!)
then the installation of the pc3 I put HINDLE map inside while éric installs it on the bike ! it was not so easy as dynojet manual says... Factory connections are under the tank...not a good place but... by the way the tank's paint are better than the plastics frame so far..... glups hard to swallow!!
and last synchronizing the throttle bodies i took pics of the work
i put them on this board late besides... my throttle bodies synchronization was horrible..., that explains the blows at low rpm !!
20.30 the moment of truth comes... measurement is always corrupted due to ice-skating at 9800 rpm/min this time!...
final results: taratata...... drum roll... 188.6 HP on cranck at 9831 rpm/min and 15.0 mkg of torque at 7646 rpm/min... not bad for a corrupted measurement !! ... I done better than éric (the dealer) ... he was disgusting)
- a good weight gain, really!
- an honestly sound at low rpm and an awesome sound when throwing the throttle... i'm going to record it soon, I hope!
- an smoother acceleration compared to the factory I was bored by the surging at low rpm... I tested the bike on the motorway at 2000 rpm/min 60 km/h speed in 6 gear... and even 40 km/h speed at 1500 rpm/min into traffic town always in 6 gear...
I am happy now and the 5000 rpm surge is almost disappeared, considering HINDLE curve !
- a very good curve ex: Before at 7000 rpm I made 132 HP now i made the same at 6600 rpm/min only instead of the 7000... too much cool!
- bike handling is finally better with 190 tyre...I'm going to amaze myself when weather will be good yeahh...
any more how the statement with the dyno and without problem if possible (I'm going to test dynojet dyno, but it may be less accurate than the FUCHS dyno (optimistic the special dynojet... dedication with the yankees) and to 20 degree this time

welcome fullzx12r just wondering,
since you are a french guy and you mentioned ice-skating a couple of times,why did you choose a hindle (canadian)
over an akrapovic (european) ?

I live in Kaiserslautern.... 35KM from the french border on A6. Maybe we could ride together this spring or summer?
