I hope you can some seat time before the grudge race, I'm sure it's gonna need some dialing in. Gville is having TNTs every other Sat night as well as Wed this year.

How will the bike be set up? What ET would you like to run?

Yea...im hopin so....running out of time quickly though :/

Bike will be on the ground (no snorkel...fender should clear the headlight assembly by about an inch...so REAL low) and 68"....Im expecting to make somewhere around 275ish (as thats what Im guessing the stock motor will take and survive for any length of time)....we will see how it looks on the dyno at kevs.

Tank is cut down...tank cover will also be cut and molded to match the frame allowing me to get much lower than normal (ie..making a spot for my gut)...

as for et....thats a really good question...have to see how big my balls are

after I get over this silly "stock motor limits" thing....Ill let kev and ryan build it bulletproof...and see if we can match Dougs bike on power...cant let him have all the fun

Are you gonna slip a spacer under the block at least? You'll be able to use that turbo a lot more with lower compression, even with the stock pistons. I'm sure Doug will cringe, but I ran about 18psi on stock ZRX pistons with .080 spacer and it lived. Not sure how much you could boost with 12:1 CR.

Yer balls will learn, just get out there and practice.

nah...I really would like to see what the limits of an untouched motor will do.

Oh itll run some stupid gas....tracy keeps that C16 at the shop...hopefully thatll keep it alive...I dont expect the stock motor to hold more than 10 - 15psi.

It loved the spray...and handled 250hp on pump gas without any issues at all...I dont think 275-300 is unrealistic with c16

Have you never had the valve cover off this motor? If so, i can understand you wanting to push it as far as possible untouched.

BTW, I'm told C16 is not the best you can run on a turbo motor. VP Import or Air Race is supposed to be the chit. I'm running Sunoco 117 with 8 points of lead added. You should prolly pull some timing for 15psi with stock compression.

I'm putting together the ZRX right now, and hope to test tomorrow nite. You had the Busa on the 1/4 yet?

Valve cover has been off to check the valve clearance...thats it.

Never taken the busa to gville....its nowhere near as fast as the 12 was
