Need Some Advice....
I purchased a full Muzzy system from a person that posted it on the web.
I paid them with paypal the first week of December, 2001. They said that they were including a pair of L/P carbon engine case covers. The pipe came, the covers never have. They haven't provided a tracking number for the covers, just the pipe, which was in a seperate box.
And to make the story complete, the pipe was damaged form improper packaging, waiting for the St. Louis Post Office Claims Center. If they don't pay, I got one nicely scratched canister, grrrrrrr.
I have tried to correspond via email, sometimes with no reply. My latest emails,(2) I have asked for a refund of $75 for the non existant covers. They retail for $165. I paid $375 for the pipe and covers, so I felt $75 was a fair refund.
Now for the question- WHEN do I publish this parties name all over the web??? I have their cell# and home #,and their home address. Is there any legal recourse for fraud in this instance? Anyone want to visit them?
I have tried to be patient, and given every chance, but I have about had enough!!! Ozzy.

I think you can freeze the payment thru Paypal. Also there should be a phone # for Paypal somewhere on their website. Contact them and let them know of your situation. If you have tried to contact the individual who sent you the parts with no luck, I would post it as a caution to all of us not to do business with that person.

I want to give the guy every chance to make good, and it is possible that he is being straight about it.
When I know for sure that I got burnt, I will post all of his vitals for everyone to know who to avoid.
