Proyect bike

I came acros a old mecanic here in RD and saw various chassis aroud and since I have a dream of building a proyect bike, I whant to build a naked bike.

He has a GPZ 1984 almost complete but I dont like it.
he has a 1989 GSXR chassis
1990 deltabox frame from the 1000cc bike.

I think that to get parts and other stuff the best one is to start with a 1989 chasis, and look for a 1127cc engine.

Thanks for your advise.

Almost everyone that still has their 1984 900 Ninja. Is this the GPZ 1100? I did not like the long frame and handling, but the 900 Perfect!

The 1100 was a long heavy feeling bike.
They were good for high speed cruising the long open roads of Texas and New Mexico.
I never had an instability problem.
With the early 1980's style tires poor traction, it sure liked to break loose in the corners under power.
I wonder how it would feel with modern tires?
