JMC Swing Arm
Hi every body,
This is only my second post on this site. I would really like to hear from any body who has a JMC swing arm. I am thinking of ordering one soon and would like some feed back. I have been told to get the bottom brace with the slotted adjuster.
Thanks

JMC Swingarms
I have a polished JMC 3 inch over bottom braced arm on my ZX-12. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The fit and quality are first rate and the price is (or was)lower than comperable arms I checked out. One of the things I really liked was that the arm came with the correct size spacers so that everything lines up and bolts on. The last trac arm I bought came with spacers that had to be cut by me to align the sprockets. I ordered mine with the short adjustment slots. There may be a possible problem if you order the long slots. JMC uses a peg that fits in the milled slot on the rear caliper carrier instead of the long rail that is cast into the stock arm. With the long slots i dont think the peg would hold the caliper holder with the wheel all the way back. Lorcan had a problem like this with his JMC with the long slots, but he said he got the prototype so they may have corrected this by now. My advice is to ask if you are ordering the long slots. Again mine is top quality and I have no complaints.
