Compression test results:

#1 - 210psi
#2 - 205psi
#3 - 200psi
#4 - 200psi

Drained the oil last night, oil reaks of gasoline and very runny. Good thing it wasn't run for very long.

So, it's getting fuel and it's getting spark. Question is now, is it getting too much fuel ? Injectors seem to all be firing at the same time. Maybe an injector stuck open, or maybe a bad ground somewhere. Perhaps a pinch or short in the wiring. Runs the same with the PC3 connected and disconnected.

Gonna try and disconnect the PC3 again, then check out the injector wiring and harness.

Get a stethoscope (or use a long thin screwdriver as a stethoscope) and listen to each injector. If one injector sounds different, you have likely found the source of the problem. I would suspect an injector is stuck open.

Dammit, and I was eyeballing that stethoscope gimmick at Harbor Freight today... oh well, never a bad time at Harbor Freight

Another thing is that the motor managed to foul all of the plugs from the other bike as well, not just one plug. I'll def try the stetho though, thanks.

I suppose it is possible that the gas in the injectors went bad and varnished up the pintles...and when the bike was fired they all stuck open to some degree. You could try a high concentration of fuel injector cleaner and run the bike at a very high idle (until it runs cleanly). The other option is to get the injectors leak tested and ultra sonically tested.

Eyeballing an injector is a tough way to determine if its in spec.

Ive had 12s sit well over a year and fire up and run fine. I doubt the injectors are clogged. Im thinking it has to be the PC3 now.

Well.... its a hunch. But there is raw gas in the engine oil.
It's possible that the PC3 is the cause since the FI system is NOT throwing a code for an open injector and the bike is absurdly rich.
The investigation continues.

You could pull that rail and do an injector test w/ compressed air in the rail.

Activate the injectors w/ a 9v battery.

PLUS you could verify your relief valve pop off.

BTW, 3-4000 "walking speed" seems like a lite load to loose a gear.
Mine went at 120 mph on closed throttle, decelerating from 140 mph during a track day.

I'll check the injectors today.

35'ish mph, 3-4000rpm, cruising down the road after leaving a stop light. Bike didn't want to go into 3rd gear, no neutral indication yet wasn't engaged in any gear. Stopped bike immediately, obviously there were issues. Trailered it home, checked it out, pulled pan, found bits, motor out...

All of the injectors are clicking away evenly and increase as rpm rises. Disconnected the PC3, same thing. No change. Still running pig rich.

We may have solved the problem...

After checking some wiring: power and ground to the ECU, injector harness, etc... Decided to lower the motor to see if maybe, just maybe there was a wire or hose pinched. When we lowered it down, noticed that the main vacuum hose before it split off to the throttle bodies was crimped down in it's little hose router gimmick. No doubt this was from the motor being upside down and the weight being put on it.

Raised the motor back up, re-attached everything and it seems to have cleared up the problem. Gotta charge the battery, change the oil again, make sure the coolant is full, warm it up, change the oil again... and assuming the oil doesn't reak of gasoline again, take it for a whirl.
