VID - Kings of the Street - cars vs bikes FAST

Finally got around to putting together some of the extensive cars vs. bikes footage I've been taking into a five minute piece. Now editing the DVD together that tells the whole story, also. There is Supra, Corvette, Viper action and some other goodies. The bikes are mostly Hayabusas with a number of others that run in the DVD.

You should recognize some of the cars and bikes.

NICE!!! I'll be ordering . What is the fastest bike in the lot? I bet there are some faster '12's or Busas out there . Looks like great fun though.

The fastest in this clip was the silver Turbo Busa (guy with white leathers) at about 285rwhp. And yes, there are many bikes that are MUCH faster.

I know that he's on a family vacation for Christmas right now, and I also know that his house was flooded out (thread on labusas http://www.labusas.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=57013&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=flood+vancouver ) ... PrincessKiwi and I dropped by 2 weeks ago and there were no walls.. wires sticking out etc... insurance company was there with crews rebuilding...

I'd say that's prolly why he's not responding right about now

Thanks for the update. I understand better now. Weird though, I ordered on 11/10 and the post an labusas show a 11/2 when he posted his plumbing mis-fortune and I got an e-mail stating they would ship in Dec. Either way, understand the reason for the delay now

We went by to see his place a week ago, the drywallers still hadnt come, there was no kitchen and no proper plumbing... no flooring, nothing... he told me that the insurance company had told him they would be done Dec. but now he thinks more like Feb. His family is staying up the street in temp housing. I kinda got the impression that the video was not on his mind since he was covered in sawdust.

Fishy- I was going to buy a t-shirt from ya and all you do is tell me bad news Is this my punishment for ragging that CF vender/potential bikeland sponser who still owes me money btw, for the broken bodywork I received? I think I will just have to pass until you start posting more postive stuff...

Seriously, I hope things look brighter for him and his family. Not sweating it, just did not know if it was lost in transit, backordered etc. I had a washing machine hose break last year (if you have rubber hoses on the hot side change them now to SS!) I was on the crapper reading an issue of Streetfighter mag and heard the whoosh sound.

Maybe 30-45 seconds passed before I could get the valve shutoff and it was a mess. Luckily, most the water went on the vinyl in the Kitchen/Pantry but did have to replace some drywall and carpet padding that seeped through to the back bedroom.

FA is indeed correct. My apologies to those early ordering folks. I DID plan on having everything completed by the end of the year. However, as is always the case with projects like these, it is taking longer than anticipated. DVDs are labeled and awaiting the finished master, envelopes are addressed, etc. Was up past 3AM last night working on it and will be for the next couple days. Will ship mid-month - I posted on the fulltiltlife.com homepage.

Also, if you'd left a VM or emailed me, you'd have gotten a response for sure. Don't give up on me.

Playable on most DVD players and computers with DVD drives.

High end single laser players sometimes have trouble.

My 12R was stranded in f_a's garage during the shooting of the last couple meetings. Would have been great to bring along.
