Today the bike died when warming up, then I took off the damper and the fuse was gone.
Just my .2 cents

Thanks to everyone and Specially Doug and Pierre who pointed me into the right direction. Fuel Pump and Fuel Supply.

"THE BIKE IS RUNNING PERFECTLY AND HAS NEVER RUN BETTER!!"

You could even say that I am "HAPPY"!!

Ok, here is what happened. Per Pierre, I drained the tank and took the Fuel Pump apart and checked the Filter and screen. The screen had a small amount of dirt which I cleaned and checked the Fuel Filter and lines. Everything looked Better than I expected. SO I put it all back together and remounted the tank. Because I was paying careful attention to the Fuel lines (Just to make sure that they were not switched) I felt a small "KINK" in the output line. WHen I let the tank down, I saw that the Fuel line was now "Folded Over on itself". So I moved the lines around and put the wire spring over the kinked area which was now going straight and let the tank down.

I had the loop in the Pump relay and allowed it to fill the system and then removed the Clip. I pressed the Starter Button and it "IMMEDIATELY" Started right up! It Idled a little High so I turned down the screw and let it warm up. I blipped the throttle a few times and it revved very freely!

Boy 0 Boy, Am I glad this is over! Maybe I will get to "MAXTON

Thanks again EVERYONE for all of your help and support. I would like to mention some people by name. DOug Meyer Pierre, Mike Harris Bergie Frazier and A Guy named Nate for giving me his PC3 (no "R") to use. I can finally go to bed and sleep without thinking about that -- Bike

Thanks Bergie, "Doug" & Crotch Rocket! I still must clean up everything I took apart while testing and replace the Micro-switch I think I damaged in the Thrash .

I "STILL" Must tune it for the NOS so I still have the Hurdle to jump. I plan to do it using "No" Brakes. I told U no WHo that we are not using the "New" Program that DynoJet uses to load the engine all over the place to tune it. We are going to throttle up and check the A/F and then clean that up with and without NOS and then just "Check" a few critical places with the Load to see what if any the difference is. If the Load control shows a little rich, we leave it. If it shows a little Lean. we add fuel over allin the same %.

I truly believe that the "Problems" with the Dyno's come from using the "Load Control" or Brake specially at low RPMs that are hard on the engine to begin with and the Oil Pressure is lower also!

Doug, Just to you, This scared the Hell-0 out of me and Felt like a Bike Week at Daytona where I had problems all week long and on the last day of Qualifying, I found the "Piece of Sand Grit blocking the Air Correction Jet in one of the Carbs" I know you understand how it is to be your own expert and no one can fix it but you "and you have no idea of whats wrong"! Just Plain Scarry, plus, all the person in the Mirror was telling me all week was "You knew what you were getting into and you said that you would never do this again! After 20 years of being away from this, YOU LEARNED NOTHING! You should have left "THINGS" alone!" I should have listened to that Guy in the Mirror, he knew what he was talking about!
