NOS Question

I did a search for info, and didn't get my answer. So I'm asking, NICELY.

I have a '03 ZX-12R with a stepped Hindle, K&N filters and PCIIIr...basically, stock. I want to know how much of a shot of NOS would I need to get about an additional 20 to 30 HP? Dry or Wet? Would I need to modify the engine any? Fuel Mapping? Any gotcha's? Any input would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, wassup, Vinny Hill...I finally 'recovered' from my accident 2 yrs ago. lmao

Use a dry nitrous kit with a single .28 or maybe .36 jet in the top of airbox. Add a little extra fuel and maybe if you wanted take a couple degrees timing out and call it good. Probably wouldn't even have to take the timing out if you ran good gas and fueled it up good..

Tony has it right! On your 3r, take a few degrees out at 100% Throttle from 8,000 to 12,000 and you can use the Buttons on your box before you race. I offset a 60 shot with 6 to 8% more fuel (3 to 4 bars UP)

Thanks for the info, fellas. I was looking at the Muzzy Stealth, but I figured that I can do it cheaper.
