Yeah, I was planning on spending the weekend with the kids, looks like I'll be heading back out on the road.... I'm getting pretty damn tired of dodging storms. Trying to bring in hurricane relief supplies in the middle of another freeking hurricane aint fun.

DAve... is it true that Bikertoberfest will be extended a few days?.. I also heard depending on what happens with the bitch jeane it might be cancelled?

The aren't planning to cancel.
The local businesses want the dates extended, but in all reality that week is Biketoberfest. Everyone is set up for a 10 days event despite the "official" dates. Not many that comes from out of town just come for the weekend.

It's coming through here right now. Winds are pretty high. I heard and felt a big tree fall somewhere close by (not in my yard though) and it's raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock.I'll be glad when this shit passes.

Just lots of limbs down in my yard. 1 block up a tree fell across a house and the street behind my house was blocked by a tree that fell over.I was lucky.The city has already cut it up and hauled it off. The city workers are really good here. They work hard in times like these and don't make much above minium wage.
