Wilson's first ride the saga continues
i trailered my ZX12R to the gap met up with harry and scooter they were gr8 we went to a parking lot and i rode around in it bu just didnt feel confortable to go ouit on the road with traffic so i told them i would just go back to the cabin so they could do some rideing then the weather turned and i headed for home they followed the next day will try to get some more time on it soon there is pictuers of my bike in harry's post about the gap

Wilson, when I went for my first ride after 3 years and had CF Rings and rods going through my leg and could really not put any real weight on it, I was not Kenny ROberts out there (Was n ot not even Vincent Hill either). It just takes time. You got the rest of your life to get this right. You have not been at this for more that a year or two!

glad youmade it out to meet with the rest of the folks though, hope to catch you next time
if any of them are still there tomorow i'll beout riding. had to take care of post-ivan water damage here....wet carpet, flooded garage...bah...

Way to go.... Glad you conquered the first hurdle... Getting on again... Its very inspirational... Take your time the comfort zone will come and you need to build a trust with the equipment....
