Re Background color...
For those of you bitching and whining and thinking the background color of this forum has somehow changed.... you need to give yer heads a shake. The background color is the same as it has been for the last 4 years... I guess none of you noticed because yer all so drunk and strung out on crack when you post here. Only 2 things have changed. The heavy blue lines cluttering up the forum have been removed, and the text color has been changed from dark blue to light grey to match the rest of the forums.
This is the new look of the forum so get used to it. Bitch and whine all you want. It's not changing back.
This isn't "graphic design by committee"

BTW.. for those of you keeping score, it's been and has always been (in RGB) 119,136,153 .
And that's a fact....
man... you guys need to realize changes are a comin... Still in denial about the 10R as well I suppose  ?

Here's a word to the wise.... turbo, ninjaman et al...
Put a fuckin cork in it. We all have full time jobs and we dont get paid to run this place. We work hard to make it go smoothly. Reprogramming the site and updating the software... generating new logos etc and and overall look takes time.
Like I said.. this isnt graphic design by committee. You may think that you guys are being hilarious and entertaining, but honestly when people pull shit like "dick antlers blah blah" it pisses me off enough to pull the plug on this whole fuckin site and nuke every one of you.
Now grow the fuck up and think before you type... Dont piss me off. I'm in a bad fuckin mood ... keep pissing me off and you might just find some changes you REALLY dont like.
In otherwords lay the fuck off.
This isnt a publically traded company and we're not your employees.

You're wasting your time. We have other things to deal with here. This is how it is going to look for a while so get used to it...
No amount of polling or posting or bitching will change anything. The "look and feel" of the site has nothing to do with the end users.
We would love to please all 5000 of you all of the time. Obviously that cant happen. Since there are almost 5000 members now, it should be painfully obvious why things like this arent left up to opinion polls etc.
I'm not logging any more photoshop time on this project. It's complete.
PS... another reason not to listen to you guys? Anyone remember the "great" color scheme from the original LA-ZX12R that you all loved so much? (Flouro green and purple)
If ya wanna see something that REALLY hurts your eyes then I'll make this place look like that.
So .... you guys can blah blah all you want but it's falling on deaf ears.

Oh.. and PS to Turbo... your "almighty American dollar" has cost this site 35% of it's revenue in the last 9 months as it has plummeted like a rock against the Canadian dollar.
