No, it was definitely there. Its just an afternoon storm. Develops over the course of the afternoon, wreaks havok for about an hour, then dissipates. The building I work in got hit by a lightning bolt during that storm. It blew a small chunk of concrete off the side of the building. Fun Stuff!
