These are the four road courses we do track days and race in CMRA. All are 1.7~1.8m road courses except TWS, which is 2.9m with NASCAR-type highbanks.
Oak Hill - Henderson, TX - 3 1/2 hours
Hallett - Hallett, OK - 5 hours
The Motorsport Ranch - Cresson, TX - 6 hours
Texas World - College Station - 8 hours
Not to sure about the dragstrips, but heres some that are "near"...
Centerville Dragstrip (1/8m) - Centerville, AR - 1 hour
Prescott Raceway (1/8m) - Prescott, AR - 2 hours
Memphis Motorsports Park (1/4m) - 2+ hour
George Ray's Wild Card Dragway (1/8m) - Paragould, AR - 3 hours
Red River (1/4m) - Sherveport, LA - 3+ hours

I qualified #1 in the Division race with a perfect .000 light, but I screwed the pooch in the second round when I double clutched off the line.
Luckily, I had a local Summit race on Monday where I runnered up. I got beat in the finals by a gunslinger from Vegas. I redlit and gave him the race so that he would have some gas money for the 12 hour drive home.

HDL, I actually don't feel all that bad. I'm #1 in the points right now at the track, and he was nice enough to take out the #2 guy a couple rounds earlier. So, I still pulled a couple rounds futher away even with the loss in the final.
I was talking to him the day before when he told me that he was going to hang out for the local Summit race. I told him that if he took me out in the first round, I was definitely going to drive all the way to Vegas to mess up his points in his local Summit race. I'm just happy that I don't have to do that now.
