I never heard them called N2's before, we just called them Nomax Gloves, adn it blew....they disintegrated upon impact, and I was on a dirt bike....they were good for keeping you from burning though.....lol
I am assumeing we are talking about the same gloves....

Nope. These are Kangaroo leather. It's more abrasive resistant than leather given the same thickness.
The motoGP boys wear Kangaroo. The best Alpinestarts is Kangaroo as well.

I don't think you guys are talkinga bout the same gloves  . HDL and jhinderliter are talkin about army flying gloves (nomex based I Think) and jonwright, you are tlaking about N2 with kangaroo leather. Kangaroo is supposed to be GREAT in a crash (if that is the correct term to use).

I have Held Gloves. ( I am a dealer for that brand) Nicest gloves i've ever had my hands in.

Yea i like those nomex gloves and wear them for about anything..hunting working you name it...they are one of the few glove i can wear and still bend a wrench w/o droppin shit or fumbling around

I just got the N2 KAngaroo gloves in the mail - HOLY CRAP these gloves are EASILY the best I've EVER owned. WELL WELL WELL worth the bucks check out johwrite's post above for the web addy to order them... and get them RIGHT AWAY - DAMNIT these gloves are nice!!
