heres one
do put your wallet in your riding suit,m then go out on the track and turn some of the best laps a hockenheim germany you have ever ran then find out your wallet is laying in the last two turns and it is all over the track
to my great surprise the track crew helped me to recover everything.
the only thing that was damaged ? my pride for dropping it!
see ya on thrusday at the hockenheim ring in germany

Ya know...I prefer not to carry a wallet, especially when riding...
In my right pocket, I keep my keys. In my left pocket, I keep my debit card and student ID. That's about it, leaves less of a chance to have anything come up lost.
Basically the debit card is for gas, food, whatever I need to get (self-explanatory). Student ID cause of on-campus printing and services. I dont even carry my drivers license cause I have the number memorized and I'll just rattle it off to a pig, err cop, if I get pulled over. Seems to be happenin a lot haha.

tccycles84...the Vanson jacket (mine is a Cobra Mark 2) has a pocket in it made just for cards (or your race license if your racing).

...sure, I guess you could do that if you want to, beansoup...but I still think its wise to carry your driver's license because:
1)You're required by law to have it with you if you're operating a motored vehicle on public roadways
2)You could/will get written up for it
3)It takes a little longer to verify your identification without it...which means you get to hang out longer with the guy you don't really want to hang out with to begin with
4)Cops think you've got something to hide if you don't carry a form of legitimate identification (school picture IDs barely qualify, club cards don't, and a note from your Mom excusing you from class is amusing), so they look for things about you AND your ride more thoroughly...some go into super duper scrutinization mode...which takes more time...which, depending on the cop, they either relish it or abhor it...and now you might've pissed them off for making them work even harder than they wanted to

...hey, I can really appreciate some of the raw talent that it takes to do some of the things some riders do, but you gotta admit that for everybody (and not just cops, but eveybody), sometimes enough is enough and everybody has got to draw the line somewhere ...
...and more than likely, if I pulled you over its because I wanted to shoot the breeze about your bike ...but yeah, it IS a sickening feeling when that bigazz black&white lights up behind you, huh?

no wallet, I use a credit card holder, I have bank card, 1 credit card, DL, Military ID, a couple of dollars, and a few receipts...I dont carry pics of anything or anyone......

Yep same way I have a credit card holder. but it is stuffed pretty full.
Debit card, Fed-X acct #, Bank Acct #, Am-EX bus, BP card, rolling sound business card, Prostar license, AMA membership, petco pals card, old IDBA member card, Bike Registration, sams club, SSN card, voter reg, 2 insurance cards, and a recipt from March 28th, a lunch.. Man that is a lot of crap stuffed in the holder!!!
