PICS: A day riding in Pullman, Washington...
Well I just bought this new digital camera so I brought it with me the other day, and just took pics all day long. I weeded out a few, and then I had to drop the quality down on all of them cause a 5.1Mp picture can take 2.1Mbs so yeah...I'll add subtitles to them next...
My 12 parked at the local mall...hidden like a Ninja...

Chillin at the local coffee shop, first bike to stop by...

2nd bike to show up

Another pic, an 04 GSXR

Next biker to stop by on an 03 CBR

Takin up parking on Main Street

And another shot before

One stoppie downtown on Main Street, still cant believe no cop saw it...

Quick pic of the beansbaxter before we take off on a ride

lrg on this board, before he put on that TiForce pipe...not stainforce of course...

Before we leave...

If you look closely, you can see the 2 deer we passed by...

Lower granite rock damn, in WA

lrg made this bug recognize rubber like no other

This is the Snake River, much better than Spiral Highway

Too bad we didn't have a 10 along.
Nice ankles on the stoppie. When do you think he checked his tire pressure last. My guess when he bought it.
We should get a pool going as to how many miles ankleboys 600 is going to make before it just falls apart. My guess 6686mi.

I think Ankleboy600 is gonna have some messed up fork seals within a month.
And yes TB, that is one of my highest priorities is getting that swingarm powdercoated black, or finding an 2003 or 2004 black swingarm off a 12. Just need to find a way to take the 12 apart without using my service stands.

Sweet pics beans!
I'd like to see that terrain on a topographic map.
Nice details with that camera, what kind is it?
Can't you use soft straps to hang the rear end from your (or a friends)garage rafters.
Make sure you don't hang it from ones that are cracked or have large knots in them that could break.

The camera is the newest Sony T1 5.1Mp camera, it's insanely nice. Each picture up there is actually 25% of the original size, because the 22 pictures were originally over 50Mbs and now I think all of them total up there are like under 4...sweet camera, I bought it just for takin pics on the moto since its so small.

nice pics beans, u seem to have a photographcer's eye... buy for the love of sanity, SHRINK THOSE PICS!! 600*800 is a good size for the web. most people run their monitors at 1024*768, so 600*800 will usually fit nicely without scrolling.

Yeah sorry...I have a 21" going so I always forget about the res thing. I tend to shrink the size of a pic due to website's storage limits, rather than small monitor size.
I looked too and if I do 800x600 I can get over 400 pics to a 256mb memory stick rather than cranking the res up and getting 90 pics if I'm lucky.

depends on what u want to do with the pics of course. if u want to print any, leave it at highest res. but if u only wanna put them on web, yeah just shrink them. i'd say 1024*768 tho, and then further shrink copies to 800*600 when u post them on teh web. that way u still have 1024*768 pics to show up nicely on ur monitor. hell, u can start off fullsize on all of them, then jsut shrink the ones u dont wanna print right on ur camera. just keep the really good ones full res.

They keep jackin tuition up every year...it has nearly doubled since my freshman year in college...it's the least they could do is give us some storage...
Besides, I work for WSU on their website, so it's nice to use their server space for reasons other than work-related-activities (sssh dont tell anyone!).

Yeah it was prolly only 120miles I put on that day, not really a ride your right about that. I just got the new digital camera and wanted to take pics all day long so that I did. I thought it was kinda odd, how I can start my day out at the local coffee shop I always hang out at, and then just friends with bikes start showing up throughout the day.
And that wasnt even a good day, usually its triple the amount of bikes you see in the pics above (and longer rides too)....just want to start takin pics of all the rides I go on...one thing I regret over the years lookin back at all the good rides and all the friends I've met from those rides.
