***** WARNING ABOUT Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse!!
I put this in the thread about Barnett Clutches from Mad Mike. I thought I was in the clear with a return of unused parts, however, it appears that I was wrong, and I wanted to be sure that everyone knows what it's like doing business with M.A.W. - Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse.

There aren't enough emoticons available for me to adequately express how pissed off I am right now!!!!
M.A.W - Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse has just royally SCREWED ME OVER on these F'n Barnett Clutches!!!!!
They won't take them back!!! Said I was "out of the 30 day return window". FOOK THAT!
They send me parts that are not OEM, and don't even tell me during the ordering process,....they take 30 days to ship the parts to me from 3 different locations, in 3 separate boxes.
I still have everything in boxes, and unwrapped. All paperwork right here. ....and the (supposedly manager of C.S.) lady on the phone tells me that I'm 2 days out of the 30 day policy! Two damn days!! I'm fookin' all kinds of bent out of shape!
It'll take me about two damn days to drive my ass over there and deliver the parts personally! Wonder how they'd feel about that!
I asked who I could write a letter of complaint to, and I was told to write it to the address on the back of the return slip/receipt and address it to "Owner". I'm going to do that, but I have this odd feeling that the letter isn't going to go to anyone of real authority.
I just got off the phone with VISA and I'm disputing the charge too. Maybe that will get their attention.
And to add insult to injury, I think I paid more than I could have gotten them from Muzzy's for. (I'm not sure how in the fuck that happened, I swear I had a cheaper price from MAW and that was why I ordered from them.)
I am SO DAMN MAD, I JUST WANT TO BEAT CRAP!!!

A buddy of ours had a similar situation with Chapparal!!!
Those places are a bitch to return things to!! Everything is fine until you need assistance after the purchase...then they forget who you are!!!
BTW - I filed a complaint with the BBB and wrote about 6 letters to the "Owner" Address....No response....nothing!!!

A good credit card company may win the dispute for you. Citibank has done wonders for me in some cases.

Damn Al.....
I just ordered a new helmet and shield from there. They said it should arrive between the 8th and 10th of Jan. The shield arrived on the 7th, the helmet is not here yet. I called them today and they indicated that they received the helmet on the 8th but there was a problem with it so they had to reordered it and it is scheduled to arrive on the 22nd. I hope this isn't the beginnning of a goat-rope.
I agree with NinjaMan, get your credit card company involved and let them handle it, that's what you pay that interest for. Best of success to ya!!
