Poll Question: DG Riding Style....
I talked to Rick on the phone today, and he ASSURED me that he'll be a good boy on the roads at DG.
I reminded him that's what was said last year....(and I THINK Otis was in agreement, too!)
Sooooooo.....
It's poll time kiddies!
Poll Results:
0 votes (0%)
We'll all be on our best behavior and follow all speed limit signs
4 votes (29%)
You mean there are speed limit signs?
9 votes (64%)
We'll talk smack "Yeah, I can't get a ticket" then act like hooligans we are anyway
1 votes (7%)
We'll be too hung over to ride the next day anyway, so it won't matter

Well, at least nobody is lying enough to themselves to pick the first one. That's a good step: the first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one.
I'll be on a race bike so, ah, I ain't gonna stop, either.

At least we'll have Bartina to bring up the rear so the cops won't notice I don't have a license plate - hmmmmm...I just might zip tie the one from my Gixxer on there....
And I can duct tape a mag light on the front for my 'headlight'....
Yeah, that's it! That's the ticket!

I remember in DG1, I was going 100mph on the Skyway and you guys were way ahead of me, I was the last bike...Youze are some fast ridin MoFos...
Remember the Helicopter that came up from the bottom of the valley???...I saw that and said Awwww Shit, were busted!!!

Yeah - 90 to 100 mph is usually the apex speed through the corners, and I'm not the fastest guy on the Skyway....
That's the 12's favorite road, but me? I like the more technical stuff like the Gap.

I like the big sweepers on the 12, but riding the 600 I would much rather be on the gap, than the skyway

Um, YEAH, Captain Obvious! On the Skyway those bastards'll be practicing wheelies for 10 minutes by the time we get there.
I need to do a shakeout run on the 600 if I can show up so that I won't be redlining at 90....
It's geared for the short tracks in our circuit.

My RR is still stock geared, I would liek to take it up 2 in the back, Kellys is up 2 right now and is perfect for Roebline and most other tracks tha tI woudl run. I think up 2 or up 3 would be great for the gap, but stock would be best for the Skyway.....

Shit...I don't even know if I have stock gearing....I'll have to check.
I know I"m running a 15 tooth counter. Yeppers, I'd run out of steam really quickly at the Skyway!
