Heard of a 1270 kit making about 203 hp. Seems like a pretty good gain to me.

Does "Anyone" have a Bike like Fish described? Pipe, PC3 and Filters with "LESS" than 170 HP?? (Other than Fish's old Bike)

162rw - HP Cycles (Akra, PC3, K&Ns)
161rw - CAW (same)
170rw - SMW (same)
171rw - SMW (modded stock pipe, K&Ns)

It runs the only number that counts, lol. Apparently, yours would be hard pressed to break 170 on those other machines as well

yep it is sitting on my lift I finally found the problem after 2 melted pistons either the ECU is not triggering the #1 injector or the #1 injector is not flowing fuel.

My 1270 on our DJ 150 shows 181.6 I think that is a little low. Pretty sure on a decent dyno it would be low 190's or so. In any case it runs good, thats all that counts...

If you look at the map I posted, the 181 HP was also with a 1270 Kit, but on a DJ 250. Like you, I think that is low also and on a DJ 250, you should be about High 180's
