not sure about that or not swft...Frog and I have been talking about tires and which ones to use on that heavy ass ZRX for the track....he is using the M-1's fopr the street, adn I believe he has a set of SC1 takeoffs for this track day....but if any of you all have any expierence with the ZRX on the track, we would like to hear your input....My friend Craig used D207RR's for a while, and used H2's on it as well....anyone else have some input?

Bridgestones have the correct profile & adhesiveness for the ZRX. 010 or 012SS worked great. In many cases, I was faster on the 11 (ZRX) than the 12 (ZX). She flicked fine for such heft.

I should add that the traction & handling was improved on the ZRX12 with the addition of the wider rear wheel/180 tire combo. Mine had the smaller 170 and it had a tendency to run off the edge of the tire and spin up much easier.

I also tried the 207's on the track. I didn't like the profile. They stuck well enough, but they really made it feel like it was "falling" into the turn and it took extra effort to keep it honking. Didn't go slower, just didn't like the feel.

Absolutely! I should have never sold the ZRX. I put 11,000 miles on it. Almost all on Ortega (Bryant) Hwy! Eddie is my hero. But I think I could take him on Ortega (probably because he's smarter than me...).

hey Kerry that aint fair, let the man ride his own ride...Frog and I have been riding together a long time. I remember his dumbass riding that Radian like it was a R6.....a Radian was never ment to corner like that..... And I was there when he dropped his bike up at TWO, not once, but twice in one weekend.....lol I got bitched out for letting him ride the wifes ZX6R.....heheheh but it was worth it......BUT...he knows he cant beat me around a race track, not yet anyway.....lol
And Kerry, I will beat you around the track as well....after I flatten both yer tires.....hahahahah

LOL - I rather like riding bikes that I don't actually own. It makes crashing or blowing them up easier and more enjoyable to accept...

hay kerry hdl just talking crap he getto old for this kind of riding he is just mad. he has reach his limit i allways though that when you ride your skills got better HDL just getting slower lol also you can ride with me any time

that is what I run on the street, I dont care for them on the track though....they get a bit greasy when they get really hot....

oh and Frog, yer a fuk of a lot older than I am ya bastidge.....and after all those years fighting bulls I think the next thing you will be racing around a track is a wheelchair.....lol
