Chaparral Motorsports

What is with these idiots?
They now sell "tire kits" where you receive a new front and rear tire. I wear out 2 rear tires to one front, so in their way of now doing business I would have plenty of unwanted fronts, IF I was to order from them
WTF happened to ordering what you want and not what they want to sell...................

Gotta find a new online source for tires.

i wont deal with them, I have heared way too many horror stories about that company...if you want cheap tires go to parts411.com or to ronayres.com and sometimes kneedraggers.com runs good tire specials. I dont deal with Chapparal, or MAW online.....had a buddy get srewed big time on a race suit ordered through them...

While I admit MAW Online has the absolute WORST customer service I have dealt with, I always go back to them to order tires and only tires. All my friends around here also order their tires from them. Good deal on shipping to just order enough for an entire riding season. But yeah, their customer service just absolutely sucks hardcore.

If ya want to go dibs in ozzy, lemme know...cause I am getting ready to order 4 rears and 2 fronts for my 12 and see how far into the season they will last me.

fer' instance: I went to Chaparral to buy a pair of Sidi boots...none in the store, but a couple in the warehhouse/on-line side near by..."can you get them in here for me to try on"..."no we can't, but you can purchase it here and pick it up at 'will-call' at the warehouse"..."but what if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?"..."we will refund your purchase"..."why does the customer have to do the leg work to get a pair of boots in here to try on? aren't you and the warehouse one in the same?"

then I get a dumb speechless far away look from the teenager who is probably being paid minimum wage...and forget calling them via telephone...their system sucks...good thing its only 45 minutes away...or I go to great crew at CycleGear in Murrieta (and they have price matched )

I just ordered two "sets" of 208's from them. I wanted to order 2 more rears but they jack the price up if you only buy 1.
