What is the importance of the date?
Does it mean something to Don?
Or did the dealer just pick it?
I would really like to know.
Because for me it kinda matters.
I mean I respect the thought either way - but it would mean allot more to me - if the date meant something to Don - that's all.

The dealer picked it. I can't think of any significance right off the bat, since Don was killed in July. Trying to find the thread I posted...No such luck...

Yeah Don was hella nice! We hung out for a bit in Pullman when he came down for Dad's weekend, I met both of his daughters, and he even gave me for free an LP Tit Exh Hanger for my 12. Lol I remember him shakin his head cause I pulled in on my 12 and it was like 20 degrees outside. Oh my, we laughed it up that day.
One thing he mentioned to me at the time to keep hush hush about until it happened (but that was in 2002) was he said his 12 was going to be featured in a motorcycle magazine, dont remember which one though, and he said he was gonna surprise everyone when they saw it. I guess some guys were coming down to take photos of it or somethin...swft, do you know anything about that?
Another idea I have...not to take away from Necro's cool memorial patches, but what about making some small stickers to remember Don. I started to think about it, and its a lot easier to put a sticker on the ole helmet than it is to sew a patch onto the Vanson. Just my .02 cents. Whatcha think about the idea though?

Yep I am in Pullman...lol on the Highway 12..trust me, all my friends hear about it. The 12 is the defining bane of my existence around these parts lol...Ever been to Pullman DirtyBill?
After I get back from Dino's place this weekend, I am going to start working on a sticker this Monday...and then I'll go ahead and make some. Any idea how many I should make? Or how many people are even interested? I am just going to sell them at my cost, I wont be tryin to profit off any of them. I am thinking making the background clear so it will go on any color helmet, etc.
