Holy Crap!! My insurance dropped by 50%!!

I go tmy renewal statement in the mail yesterday and I dreaded opening it, so much that I waited till this morning. I was so furious last year cause I was dropped by my regular carrier then the cheapest rate I could find was $1200 for the year. Then I got four tickets last summer, although two of them were on the Parkway and federal so while expensive they didn't go on my record. I thought for sure i was going to get fucked again this year but I'll be damned if it didn't go down to $599 for 12 months of coverage. Hot damn, a win for the good guys.

After my tiks my insurance was over $2k for 6 months - just on my Durango.

Dropped USAA and went to Progressive. Now I pay $900 for same coverage.

Hey - that's cool. Hope your insurance company doesn't catch on....

Mine is right at $350 per year. They Steal Bikes more in the "Big" Cities and there are just more vehicles to hit you. To the Guy in NJ, they steal everything there and at one time No one would write insurance if you lived there. 4 Tickets in one year? Don't you have Radar wired in looking through the fairing? You not picking the RIGHT Spots?

At least you can get insurance. No one will insure me with a clean driving record due to my age and I rent, since the bike is parked in a parking lot with other tenants from the apartment.

Anyone want to throw me under their policy?
