TB, that is why I am in Titusville paying $60 for a few days and then up to $80 for the last few days. Last Year, I had a friends house near the Speedway, but he and his wife will be there this year and we like to be by ourselves. I will never pay $175 for a room! I even hate to pay the 60 to 80, but that is what they charge during normal times even at Maxton now.
Speaking of Passes, I have 2 of them that allowes me on Pit road as a Rider. Still got my hard earned Pro License.

Alrighty then... I've already had an offer of a guy's wife for an unknown amount of time.... Yikes!!! Can anyone actually beat that offer?
MM - Though I've never attended the Drag Races there, gaining access to the pits, pit lane, hot pit, track, at the Speedway almost takes an act of God. Ya got so many "good-ol-boys" checking credentials you'd think you were entering Area 51!!!!

MM - LMAO - Don't know yet if I'm flying back on Sunday (rain date) or Monday. If I stay until Monday, I'll take you up on that offer. I'll let you know. Thanx for the offer (holding my hand for the day, not the dog....).

k bryant , is there any way in hell I can get my nephews vtr 250 near the racers to sign it with a paint pen? It's the one I told you that I painted and fixed up like the VTR race bikes. I know it's asking alot, but he's a good kid.

Hmmm... Pretty tough. But if you can get a pit/infield pass, you may be able to sneak it by the guards. Better bet is to simply bring in a piece of the bike you want signed (tank, fairing, etc.). Send me a contact number and I'll see if I can help when I get there.

I MIGHT BE IN ALSO!!!!
Will be flying out of Jacksonville Fl. Thursday am and arrive at RDU about 10am... my wife will leave my truck at the airport for me... jump in truck head 2 hrs south to Spencer Cycle pick up my swingarm.. 2.5 hrs back home go get it painted black... slap it on, change oil , clean chain, clean her up a bit.. load her on truck and will be leaving back to Florida either sunday midday or monday morning... right on time to meet ya knuckleheads and see some TITTTTTIIIEESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like I might be staying put. New developments for the next National (Fontana) have come in from the big H. So I've got to get a head start. It's going to be an extremely competitive year and we're deadly serious about winning the championship.
Zammy - I'm sending one of my R&D guys in my place to the track. If you get by Honda, look for a skinny guy who walks with a hitch in his get-along. His name is Bryce. Give him the side cover and he'll get your signatures. If he's up to his eyeballs, give him a little room, then move in for the kill. If he gives attitude, tell him "KB said you'd be happy to take care of it".

Thanx guys. Just confirmed. Too much work before Fontana. Unfortunetly R&D never sleeps.... A month in between races may seem like a long time, but when you to keep sending stuff back and forth, it eats up the time.
You guys enjoy the passes and I'll catch up to you next time.

I know man...it really sucks. My flights from san antonio alternate weekends to and from jax...to miami.
I could normally work around that and go...but that next week...Im leaving for 10 days in Vegas!!!!
