NITROUS FOR DUMMIES
If you wanted 50-60hp of spray and didn't have a good dyno shop near by, how would you do it?
Wet or dry?
Which kit if that matters?
What jetting on the safe side? ( safe by nitrous standards )
How much timing to remove?
How you would add extra fuel if needed and how much? (pc3 changes, resistor size...)
I guess what i asking for is a GOOD SAFE starting point, that will allow the financially challenged to play, until we get to a dyno.
assume the bike has a good map in it now.

1) Dry
2) Brand doesn't matter; Muzzys, Schnitz, Spencer Cycle.
3) .036 to .038 jet
4) Stock timing, remove any advance in your map or advancer.
5) For this level dry it will not need a powercommander but adding a few bars on the faceplate or custom tuning wouldn't hurt.

50 horse on a 38 jet is probably a little high. I would guess closer to 40 or so. YMMV..

+/- 40hp peak but it can yield as much as 50rwhp or more upon activation it will taper off a little at high RPM. See the charts on my website.
