ya I know....funny thing is it came back up & is no longer error'ing in diagnostics. Guess I'm still online for awhile.....knock on wood!

Yep, been there, done that. I got sick of tape drives & other useless backup devices eons ago, now run secondary HDD's on all my machines for FAST backup purposes; much faster backups! Also use CD-R's for critical info (bike pics!)
