Were is that IAT???
I have service manual and fiche, and I can't find my IAT (Intake Air Temp. Sensor) anywere! This sensor might be 2 or 3 wires but not sure! The 3 wire sensor is MAF/IAT or MAP/IAT combo sensors!!!
I'm diving a 2000 ZX12RA1 can anyone help???????????????

its in the right hand airbox inspection cover under the fuel tank.

airbox inspection cover....Are they the 2 square metal covers on the frame under the gas tank? 2 or 3 wires? Does it say anything on it? More info please?

It's a two wire, I believe. It's part#21176-1097 and can be found in the "Fuel Injection" diagram of the parts diagrams on their website.
