Crowds of motorcycle race enthusiasts heat up sleepy Monterey, California's famous Cannery Row as the Red Bull US Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca approaches. People jammed the street as the local Police stood by, keeping a close watch on the crowd.Meanwhile, back the the track it appears as though Laguna Officials have learned a lesson from the pages of the Heat Wave of 2006 that saw GP fans passing out from heat exhaustion. Plenty of shade tents and water misting stations have been set up throughout the track areas and vendor's row. Hats off to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for being proactive and tackling this serious problem head on for 2007!
