Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki To Grow Rider Lineup at RedBud

Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Jo Shimoda and Seth Hammaker are headed off to the annual stop at RedBud MX, bringing along a new teammate with Kawasaki Team Green star Ryder DiFrancesco getting his feet wet at a few rounds starting this weekend. The infamous circuit in Buchanan, Michigan, is sure to bring its usual high-energy crowd, always giving the riders a noticeable boost when out on the track.

Shimoda had a weekend off to simmer on his podium finish earned at the last round in Pennsylvania, driving his confidence as he prepares for RedBud. His focus will be on starts to allow him to challenge the front-runners early. Hammaker knows his Kawasaki KX250 can get to the front of the pack after rocketing to both holeshots. He now will focus on what it will take to keep pace at the front and contest for his first career podium.

As the next prospect for the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, DiFrancesco has been given a great opportunity to get some time behind a professional gate before going full-time in the future. The 17-year-old will look to make the most of his time learning the intricacies of a single race day and the fast pace brought by the 250MX class riders.
