For causing a crash during the Moto3™ race at the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya, he has been given a Long Lap penalty for the Moto3™ race at the Liqui Moly Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland. In order for all necessary parties to be present, the hearing took place on Thursday the 16th of June at the Sachsenring, after which the Long Lap penalty was confirmed.
