The new company will start in 2023 manufacturing what was designated as the “Platform 11”. Specifically, TACITA SRL, with more than 10 years in R&D tests and extreme races involvement, will provide the Power Train, Battery Packs and BMS technology for “Platform 11”. And OKINAWA Autotech Pvt., with years of manufacturing and marketing experience on the two wheel vehicles market, will provide the Frame, Parts and its production line capability. During 2022 and first half of 2023 the newborn Company will focus on Design, Development, Patenting and road tests the new models. The Design process will be 100% done in Italy at TACITA SRL headquarters in Poirino (TO). Road tests will be carried out both in Italy and in India under all weather conditions, from Alps winter frost to Indian monsoons humidity. Executives of the new formed company are also willing to plan an inaugural trip from TACITA SRL headquarters in Poirino Italy to OKINAWA Autotech Pvt. headquarters in Haryana India. The goal for both companies is and has always been to offer extremely reliable, pleasant and usable products for maximum customer satisfaction.
