New Products: Pro Circuit Engine Kits for the 2021/22 Honda CRF450R and 2021/22 Kawasaki KX2502022-05-13 12:30Pro Circuit has released two all-new engine packages for the 2021/2022 Honda CRF450R/RX and Kawasaki 2021/2022 KX250 machines. Each of the package’s parts has been designed and tested to complement each other for significant engine performance gain at all RPM levels. The CRF450R/RX package includes a High Compression Piston Kit, a Camshaft, and Valve Springs. The piston kit is manufactured by JE Pistons to Pro Circuit’s exact specifications to provide a significant boost in low-end torque and high RPM performance. The camshaft is newly designed and delivers a significant boost in low-end torque and high RPM performance, while the valve springs allow the engine to run at a higher RPM without loss of valve control. The KX250 comes with both the High Compression Piston Kit and the Camshaft, but adds Titanium Exhaust and Intake Valves along with a Valve Spring Kit. Both the Exhaust and Intake Valves are designed based on race technology and manufactured by Del West, a leader in F1 racing valve technology. Each valve is made of strong titanium and spread with a thermal-nitride coating to increase performance, durability and reduce normal wear.
