Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki Hoping Mid-Week Efforts Pay Off With Podium Finishes in Daytona

2020-03-06 09:12
Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Garrett Marchbanks and Jordon Smith have been fixtures at the front of the Eastern Regional 250SX Championship and as the series heads to Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida they are determined to have their efforts pay off in podium finishes.

Smith is coming off his best finish of fourth last weekend and is feeling more than ready to land his first podium of the season. Teammate Marchbanks has shown impressive speed throughout the first few rounds and wants nothing more than to see his KX250 on the podium this weekend. With their efforts during the week helping progress them ever so closer, Daytona could be their weekend.

“Daytona is always a favorite for the riders. It breaks up being inside and gives us a little taste of the outdoors. We continue to test with the riders to see what we can find that would put them at the front and hopefully this weekend will be their time to do just that.” - Zach White, R&D Manager
