Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki Shooting for Top Finishes at Unique Daytona Circuit2017-03-09 09:54Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo and Joey Savatgy are eager to get to the historic Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, for the 46th supercross race inside the iconic venue. With both riders having graced the podium already this season, Daytona will provide a perfect opportunity for both riders battle up front aboard their Kawasaki KX250Fs. The Daytona round of the series marks the hometown race for Port Orange, Florida native Cianciarulo who is coming off his best finish of the season last weekend in Toronto where he raced to the runner-up spot. His last trip to Daytona in 2014 resulted in a second-place finish and he’s prepared to do even better in front of all his family and friends. “It’s such a great feeling to know you have so many friends and fans out in the stands wanting you to do well,” said Cianciarulo. “It really can give you a needed boost. I hope I can make them proud this weekend and build on the podium finish from Toronto.” Savatgy is more than ready to step up in a big way at Daytona, looking to return to the podium after overcoming a tough ending to a solid race in Toronto. During his 2015 run in the Eastern Region, Savatgy rode well in Daytona, scoring a fourth-place finish. With more experience and the support of his Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, he’s excited to get back out on the one-of-a-kind track. “It’s hard to have a tough weekend, but that is in the past and we’re already looking towards Saturday,” said Savatgy. “We’re doing what we need to do during the week to be prepared and come out swinging. I’m really excited to be going to Daytona.” Savatgy and Cianciarulo will be visiting Cycle Sports Center in Orlando, Florida, on Friday night between 6-7 p.m. to sign autographs and visit with fans. Saturday’s race from Toronto will be broadcast live on FS2 starting 7 p.m. ET. To find out more about Pro Circuit products, visit www.procircuit.com.
