FIM MotoGP Stewards Panel Clarification regarding Cal Crutchlow

In the MotoGP race of the Gran Premio TIM di San Marino e Della Riviera di Rimini, the FIM MotoGP Stewards imposed a time penalty on rider #35 Crutchlow for running off track several times in Turn 1.

After the race, Timekeeping advised the Stewards of differences in the sector times of rider #35 which were not evident at the time the penalty was made. On the basis of this analysis, together video evidence and with further team data requested by the Stewards, it is evident that no advantage was gained and therefore the time penalty has been cancelled.

A revised race result has been issued.
