Tacita T-Race C MY 2017 at the E-MX Race in Zolder2016-06-20 09:15The Italian Tacita couldn’t miss the E-MX Race, the most important motocross race for electric bikes organized on June 14 at Zolder circuit. Highlight of the “Clean Week”, in the past editions the E-MX Race of Champions has crowned champions like Stefan Everts, winner of the 2013 edition, the Swiss Valentin Guillod in 2014 and Pauls Jonass in 2015. This year it was the 16 year old Belgian Jorn Zoetekouw to claim the win. Tacita took part to the event for the second consecutive year with three riders. The heavy rain and the mud didn’t prevent the rally raid rider Ennio Cucurachi and the MX riders David Cools and Marvin Van Daele to ride the Tacita T-Race Cross. The event was also the occasion to test the Tacita T-Race C MY 2017 that will be available from March 2017. Pierpaolo Rigo, Tacita co-founder, explains: “The world of electric bikes is moving fast and Tacita was among the protagonists of the E-MX Raxe, the highlights event of the Clean Week and Electric Race day that hosted also important meetings such as the one promoted by the FIM (International motorcycle federation) that is working on a racing format for electric bikes of the latest generation. For Tacita, this was also the occasion to test the new model of the Tacita family: the T.Race C (Cross) 2017 that proved to be fast on the twisted Zolder circuit. The Italian bikes worked really well and suited the format of the race that was similair to the BMX and featured races of 6 minutes. With this format we never changed batteries, just a simple recharge of electricity”, Tacita T-Race C model year 2017 will be available on the market starting from March 2017. From September it will be possible to test it in our training areas or the Tacita dealers.
