Daytona Supercross By Honda Media Day March 4

When: Friday afternoon, March 4, 1 p.m. (Media should arrive by 12:45 p.m.)

Where: Daytona Supercross By Honda course, infield tri-oval of Daytona International Speedway

What: Monster Energy AMA Supercross riders, as well as five-time Daytona Supercross By Honda champion Ricky Carmichael, will ride a portion of the Carmichael-designed course and preview the Daytona Supercross By Honda, America’s toughest and most prestigious Supercross event of the year, scheduled for Saturday night, March 5.

Following Saturday’s Daytona Supercross By Honda, the Speedway will host the seventh annual Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross on Sunday, March 6 and Monday, March 7 and the second annual FLY Racing ATV Supercross on Tuesday, March 8.

Riders expected to be in attendance include:
n Ricky Carmichael, Supercross legend, course designer and five-time Daytona Supercross By Honda champion
n Cole Seely, Team Honda HRC
n Trey Canard, Team Honda HRC
n Justin Bogle, GEICO Honda
n Malcolm Stewart, GEICO Honda
n RJ Hampshire, GEICO Honda
n Chad Reed, three-time Daytona Supercross By Honda champion and Yamaha Factory Racing rider
n Ken Roczen, Soaring Eagle Jimmy Johns Factory Suzuki
n Jake Weimer, Soaring Eagle Jimmy Johns Factory Suzuki

Media attending the event can enter through the Turn 1 tunnel off of Williamson Blvd. Parking will be available behind the Pit Road Patio suites. Media can walk onto pit road through the Rolex chute adjacent to Gatorade Victory Lane.
