Decisions of the Race Direction, Portimao

On Sunday 23 September 2012 during the first Superbike race the rider Max Biaggi (ITA)
did not respect the red flag thereby infringing Art.1.23.2 of the 2012 FIM Superbike World
Championship Regulations.
The Race Direction decided to impose on the rider a fine of € 5000.
No appeal was lodged.
The decision of the Race Direction is final.
