Toyota Speedway at Irwindale Chooses VP Racing Fuels

Track officials today announced a multi-year agreement naming VP Racing Fuels the Official Fuel of TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale through 2013. As part of the agreement, VP will be the exclusive supplier of race fuels on site with VP110 and unleaded VP100 available at the pump, along with VP’s other specialty fuels in drums and pails. In addition, VP will be the Official Traction Compound of Irwindale Dragway with VP’s Lane Choice 7 and Starting Line Resin (SLR) to be used exclusively for track prep.

TOYOTA Speedway at Irwindale includes a 1/2-mile multi-groove progressive banked oval track and 1/8-mile street legal drag strip. The facility attracts over 300,000 spectators annually, hosting over 100 events year-round including NASCAR’s Toyota All-Star Showdown and Camping World series; 34 weekly Regional NASCAR racing series; D1 and Formula Drift events; 56 NHRA-sanctioned street legal drag racing events; as well as numerous Hot Rod, Show, Shine, Audio and Extreme Competitions.

VP Racing is the Official Racing Fuel of NHRA Championship Drag Racing, American Drag Racing League (ADRL), IHRA, American LeMans, Star Mazda, World of Outlaws Sprint Cars and Late Models, among more than 50 VP-sponsored series.
