Extension of the contract between the FIM & IFMXF.

The FIM is pleased to announce the renewal of its contract with IFMXF for the FIM FreeStyle Motocross
World Championship. The first agreement on the TV and marketing rights was signed in 2006 and is now
extended until 2013.

Vito Ippolito, FIM President, said: “Thanks to the creation of the FIM FreeStyle Motocross World
Championship together with IFMXF and its devoted team, the sport is now developing within our ranks.
We are confident that this new agreement with IFMXF will be beneficial for FreeStyle Motocross
worldwide.”

Marko Manthey, IFMXF Director added: “We are very proud and honored to proceed on the road we are
riding together with the FIM for 5 years now. After establishing the FIM FreeStyle Motocross World
Championship as the leading FreeStyle Championship, we would like to encourage national federations
and continental Unions to be part of the growing FreeStyle family!”
