Spectacular showing for Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki at Anaheim 2

Round 3 of 2015 Monster Energy Supercross season returned to Anaheim as Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Tyler Bowers and Chriss Alldredge brought the fans to their feet in the 250SX main event..
Advancing
Tyler Bowers is marching forward, event by event, with his eyes steadily fixed on seizing the lead in the Western Regional points chase. Consistency earns championships and with the first 3 events down, Bowers is 2nd place in points because he has repeatedly finished upfront. The return to Angel's Stadium has been Bowers' best performance so far this season. He qualified with the 3rd fastest time aboard his Kawasaki KX250F and took 2nd in his heat race. Although the holeshot start in the main has evaded Bowers so far, once again he managed to reel in the other riders to end up in the front of the pack. By the 7th lap Bowers had the lead and held it dominantly until the very last lap when he and Cooper Webb got together and Bowers went off the track. He quickly re-entered the track and easily finished in 2nd place.
Up Front
Chris Alldredge is making tremendous strides in his Monster Energy Supercross rookie season. With only two rounds under his belt, Alldredge returned to Anaheim and clocked the 8th quickest qualifying lap and was able to finish 5 in the first heat race. However, it was his riding in the main event that most clearly demonstrated his progress.
Just like round 2 in Phoenix, when the gates dropped in the main, Alldredge nailed the start. In the first lap he was already in 3rd place and in lap 5 he took 2nd place. He held his own up in front, but over the next couple laps he slipped back a couple of slots. In lap 8 as he approached the sweeper area before the finish Alldredge had a huge wipeout. It was a nail-biter for a few seconds, but thankfully Alldredge was alright and was able to get to his feet and root for his teammate for the remainder of the race.
